Foundation of a website & branding for Freeride Academy Innsbruck
Freeride Academy Innsbruck is the first non-profit freeride association in Austria that aims to raise awareness among adults and children about the risks and dangers of off-piste skiing. Special attention is given to age-appropriate safety education in group coaching sessions.

Challenge
FAI's website had to be crated from scratch with the goal of allowing users to book FAI's services. Since only members of the club had to have access to these pages, there had to be a selectively protected section in the website where these bookings would be visible for the members.
By doing so, data from visitors was collected in a central place creating a clear record of all members.. This creates a valuable dataset with information on total revenue and payment status.
Results
After the discovery phase of the project, the wirefrimes led to the basis of content for the website. This gave the client access to start the custom copywright for the project.
While design concepts were approved, we quickly moved to the development phase of the project, where payment integrations and collected data points were processed. Resulting in a clear overview of user data and payment information.
Process
Research & Analysis: We have conducted a quick competitive analysis that has given us inspiration on how we can position ourselves differently in the market than our competitors.
Wireframing & Prototyping: We designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
Visual Design & Style Guide: We developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. We also created a style guide to maintain design consistency in future updates.
Development & Integrations: With the perspective that it was essential for FAI to gather all data in one central place, we have integrated data tools into the website. Furthermore, the integration of Stripe allows for the processing of payments, resulting in a custom-made website that meets the needs of FAI.
